The challenge

Compliance challenges in manufacturing.

01

Factories Act and state Factory Rules

Working hours, weekly offs, rest intervals, registers, licences and renewals sit under the Factories Act and your state's own rules. Two plants of the same company can face different requirements. We map what applies to each site and keep records ready for the next inspection.

02

Shift allowances and rotating schedules

Night, rotating and split shifts often depend on company policy, settlements and state rules. Applied inconsistently, they lead to disputes. We help you document the rules once and apply them the same way every month.

03

Overtime tracking

Daily and weekly limits, double-rate wages and overtime caps must line up with actual attendance. We reconcile punches, rosters and approvals so you pay what is owed and can prove it.

04

Safety and health compliance

Safety committees, medical examinations, accident reporting, canteen and welfare provisions and statutory registers all need to be current. We track them on a calendar so nothing quietly expires.

05

Multi-state labour laws

Minimum wages, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and registration rules differ across states, and sometimes across districts and industries. With plants in several states, one policy for all rarely works.

06

Compliance spread across many sites

Every plant has its own people, habits and paperwork. Without a single view, the weakest site becomes the whole company's risk.

Who we work with

The people we support.

01

Permanent factory workers

The backbone of your operations. They value correct wages, accurate overtime and benefits that arrive on time.

02

Contract labourers

Often come through several vendors, with high turnover and uneven paperwork. Their compliance is a shared responsibility and a shared risk.

03

Machine operators and skilled technicians

May qualify for skill-based allowances, incentives and production-linked pay.

04

Shift supervisors and line leaders

Manage attendance, overtime approvals and rosters, and need clean data, not extra admin.

05

Safety engineers and EHS officers

Need a plant that is audit-ready, with documents that match reality.

Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity, done right every month

Industrial payroll is rarely a fixed number. Overtime fluctuates, allowances change by shift and settlements arrive mid-year. Every variable touches a statutory obligation.

  • Provident Fund (PF)

Wage-ceiling decisions, UAN and KYC tracking, joiner and exit processing and monthly ECR filing. For variable components, we apply the PF wage definition consistently, because that is where audits look first.

  • ESIC

Many shop-floor employees fall within ESIC limits, and overtime or revisions can push earnings across the threshold. We monitor eligibility and file returns correctly.

  • Bonus Act

Eligibility, calculation ceilings, minimum and maximum percentages and set-on/set-off. We compute the annual bonus, document it and keep registers and returns in order.

  • Gratuity

We track service years, calculate liabilities and help you plan funding, and advise on how the new Labour Codes may change eligibility and provisioning.

  • PT and Labour Welfare Fund

Slabs, due dates and filing frequencies vary by state. We apply the right rules to every worker at every plant.

  • Overtime and shift allowances

Computed on the correct wage base, applied consistently and backed by working papers, so a worker's query is answered in minutes.

Contract labour and vendors: where shared work becomes shared risk

Most plants rely on contractors. But when a contractor falls short, the principal employer is often the one who answers for it.

  • Contract labour compliance

We check that your contractors hold valid licences and that your own registrations as principal employer are current.

  • Wage disbursement verification

We verify payment through bank transfer records, wage registers and muster rolls, reconciled against attendance on your premises.

  • PF and ESIC remittance checks

We confirm contractors deposit contributions for the workers actually deployed at your site, and flag mismatches before they become your liability.

  • Avoiding joint-employer exposure

We review your engagements, advise on what must be separated and flag early where contract labour is used for core, perennial work.

  • Periodic vendor audits

Scheduled reviews with a simple scorecard for each contractor, so you can see who is dependable and who is a liability.
