Vendor & contractor compliance, verified every month.
We make sure your contractors and manpower vendors meet their statutory obligations, so their gaps never become your liability as principal employer.
Where it goes wrong, and how we fix it.
You can outsource the work. You can't always outsource the risk.
The invoices arrive on time and the workers show up every day. Then an inspector visits, or a contract worker complains, and you find the vendor hasn't deposited PF for months or has been paying below minimum wage. Under principal employer liability, the law can require you to pay.
- Unpaid PF and ESIC
A clean invoice doesn't mean contributions were paid, or paid for the right number of workers.
- Wages below the minimum
If a contractor underpays, the principal employer can be made to make up the difference.
- Lapsed registrations and licences
Contractor licences expire or aren't amended when the site, headcount or scope changes.
- Inspections reach you first
Notices often land on the principal employer even when the gap is the contractor's.
- Accidents involving contract workers
If the contractor doesn't meet reporting and compensation duties, you can be asked to.
- Construction and migrant worker rules
BOCW and inter-state migrant worker requirements are often overlooked until an inspection.
Professional oversight of every vendor, every month.
Tracking all of this internally means chasing vendors, reading challans and keeping up with changing rules. We run it as a structured, end-to-end process, so vendor gaps are found and fixed early, before they reach you as a notice or a claim.
- A clear vendor framework
Which laws apply to each site and vendor, and exactly which documents each vendor must provide.
- Monthly challan verification
PF and ESIC payment proof and wage compliance checked every month.
- Registrations kept current
Contractor certificates, licences and amendments renewed before they lapse.
- Authorities handled for you
We liaise with departments, prepare for inspections and follow notice replies through to closure.

When a contractor fails to pay wages, deposit PF or ESIC, or pay compensation after an accident, the law can require the principal employer to pay. You may recover it from the contractor later, but the immediate financial, legal and reputational exposure is yours.
Checking that your manpower suppliers, facility service providers and contractors hold valid registrations and licences, pay correct wages, deposit statutory contributions on time and keep proper records.
Every month. A contractor can send a clean invoice and still skip contributions. Monthly checks catch a default when it is one month old, not twelve.
